33 passed away 28 Munshiganj inhabitant

Sakhawat Hossain :  Sequel of watery grave of The Neval-Accident in Buriganga river very close to Sadarghat in Dhaka,   Police registered a case Against 7 people coupled with owner of the launch maiyur-2 and driver. The case was filed on Monday late night, informed shah Jaman,  officer Incharge of Keraniganj Thana .

He also added that the alleged launch maiyur-2 has already been seized and police have launched a drive to detain the convicts but no one has been captured yet.

It is learned that 28 deceased people were  resident of Munshiganj District out of 33 dead bodies.The accused Launch comparably more giant named mayur-2 pushed onto the victim launch while reached sham bazar very near to Sadarghat launch terminal just before moment of berthing.

It is presumed that there were over half-hundred passengers in the drowned launched.
